Day 2

Well I could have had several excuses not to exercise today, but I made it a priority as it should be! And for that I am proud. I am also watching what I eat but not counting calories just yet, it will happen though. I feel great, I love the feeling after a work out and also the next day soreness accompanied by it.

30 Day Fitness Challenge

Today will mark the first day of my challenge. To complete the 30 day shred in 30 days! I am a sahm to 4 kids, and need to challenge myself or this will never happen. Today I am 31 yrs. and 155lbs, 5ft21/2 in. Goal is 125.
